Irfan Arshad, CPA, CMA: Senior Accountant
Irfan Arshad holds the vital role of Senior Accountant at our firm. Starting in 2022, he is now our lead accountant, providing professional accounting and tax services for Silver Fox’s clients. His extensive experience in the financial domain, spanning over 20 years, comes from his tenure with renowned corporations, including Johnson & Johnson, Manulife, Telus, Cadbury, MCAP, and Firstar Bank (US).
Irfan specializes in delivering quality services to our valued clients, covering a wide spectrum of financial areas. These include financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, taxation, and process automation. His valuable insights and extensive experience enable him to provide clients with tailored solutions that address their unique needs. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a member of CPA Ontario, Irfan Arshad is well-equipped to serve in his role. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA-Finance) from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Andrea Silman, RCM: Owner and Operator
Andrea is our fearless leader and wife of our late founder Andy. Working with Andy since our company’s founding in 2013, she has developed a tremendous understanding of complex accounting terms and practices. She utilizes this knowledge, along with her more than 30 years of experience in the corporate and condominium management fields to assist in every level of the firm.
Elisa Dinis, PCP: Accounting and Payroll Specialist
Elisa graduated with a diploma in Accounting and Payroll Administration. She also received her bachelor’s degree in science and has always been passionate about numbers. Born and raised in Brazil, she moved to Canada in 2014. Her father is an accounting professor, and her grandfather has worked as a bookkeeper for decades, so accounting is in her DNA.
Elisa serves a variety of roles for Silver Fox Accounting, specializing in payroll and remittances, and taxation and accounting.
Isaac Reich: Tax and Marketing Specialist
Isaac is the latest generation in the family to work in the accounting field. Before joining the family business, Isaac went to the University of Guelph for Marketing, then to Conestoga College for Culinary Management, to pursue his passion of becoming a chef. After working in the field for 7 years, he joined the family firm, providing knowledge from a variety of areas. He’s completed tax preparation and bookkeeping courses to assist with his work.
At Silver Fox Accounting, Isaac serves as our marketing manager and lead client communicator, also working with tax preparation and filing. He has a passion for customer service and loves helping clients save as much as possible.
